The RISE Project will be On The Road (OTR) in 2018! The RISE OTR campaign is an effort to close the opportunity gap. We will be taking trips around Texas and the US to explore different opportunities that exists and are available to our youth.
The first trip will be April 27th - 28th in Central Texas. We will take a tour of the Capitol and The University of Texas at Austin. We will also visit the Wonder Caves in San Marcos, TX. In order to take advantage of this opportunity students must meet the criteria and complete the online application which includes an intent essay.
Students who are chosen to join RISE OTR, will become a part of our student explorers club. This club meets monthly to discuss exploration opportunities, fundraising responsibilities, and ways to spread the knowledge that is gained from each OTR experience.
